FIT TENNIS (Fitness tennis) - Every week there will be a certain skill to work on with respect to fitness elements and foot work on the court.
Example: This week Sebastian will be working on agility on court sustained by movement-sprinting cone drills.Sebastian will adjust volume, intensity, complexity and degree of difficulty to each
Members who want possess foot work on the tennis court similar to that of ATP / WTP pros like Federer, Djokovic, Sharapova and Azerenka would definitely take a step in the right direction when they take this class.
This class is open to beginners / intermediate / advanced players.
Time: 4 - 5pm

If you register and do not attend the lesson, you will be charged the $15 fee for the lesson.
A minimum of 4 members will need to attend otherwise the class will be cancelled.
