Cancellation Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for lesson cancellations or event withdrawals. 



Cancellations for the 4-8 session registered program must be requested at least 72 hours before the first day of the session to qualify for an eligible refund. Requests made within the 72-hour period or during the session will only be considered under extenuating circumstances.

If the program has already started and you decide to withdraw from the remaining classes, no refund will be issued except in extenuating circumstances.

For drop-in programs, withdrawals must be made at least 48 hours before the class starts to receive a credit on Court Reserve for the lesson; otherwise, no refund will be issued.



Summer Camps: Cancellations for any registered camp must be requested at least one week before the first day of the camp to be eligible for a refund. All refunds will be subject to a $35.00 cancellation fee.  Individual camp days missed for any reason cannot be refunded or credited.

Memberships: Membership fees are non-refundable. However, if within 10 days of joining, a member changes their mind and wishes to cancel their membership, all paid funds will be refunded, minus a $25 administration fee per membership. If there are extenuating circumstances after the 10-day grace period, then a pro-rated credit toward the following year's membership will be considered.

Credit Policy
Please note that any credits remaining from the past or current season will not be refunded. However, unused credits can be used during the following season.
