Q.  How does the Club operate?

A.  We are a community based club known for our organized programs which include, Monday night socials (doubles), competitive intercounty (Tuesday and Thursday nights - doubles) and our very popular house league (Wednesday night - doubles). We do have member hours available throughout the week with the ability for members to book courts for doubles or singles play. 

Q. I am interested in joining the club, what does membership entitle? 

A.  Your membership fee entitles you to participate in all club activities, leagues, socials as well as court access during member hours. Additional league fees apply.

Q.  I tried to register myself and my wife, I used the same email for both registrations and I could not register?

A.  Our online registration system uses email to identify unique members. You must use different emails. 

Q.  How do I book courts and when are they available for member use?

A.  When you sign up, you receive credentials to book courts. You must book courts with other members, whose names must appear in the booking. For more information on how court booking works, please read the court booking rules

Q.  Are there court fees?

A.  No, your membership fee allows you to access the courts as long as you have a valid booking.

Q.  Can we bring guests?

A.   No, we do not have a guest policy as we do not have monitors on duty all the time and we rely on the booking system. 

Q.  How does intercounty work? 

A.  The Club is a member of the intercounty tennis association (ICTA). We sponsor teams in the plus 55 league which plays on Thursday mornings, the ladies leagues which play on Wednesday and Thursday mornings and the Mixed league which plays on Tuesday and Thursday nights from 7-11 pm.  All new members interested in playing intercounty are required to attend intercounty assessment and tryout dates. If you have any questions, contact the League director.

Q.  How does House League work ?

A.  Our House League runs on Wednesday evenings. We have six teams consisting of 3 men's doubles lines, 2 mixed double lines and 1 ladies line (usually). All players are ranked according to skill level and captains must adhere to the court ranking rules to ensure competitive matches. Teams play for 1 ½ hours starting at 6:00 - 7:30 PM, 7:30 - 9:00 PM and 9:00 - 11:00 PM on alternating weeks.  Members interested in playing in the house league are required to attend assessment and tryout dates. Most recently we have extended the league to 8 teams and playing time to Mondays 9:00 - 11:00 PM.

Q. How do I join House League?

A. When you register, check the House League box. All new players in the league must be assessed prior to the start of the season. If you have any questions, contact the League director.

Q.  How Does Monday Night Socials work?

A.  Monday night social begins at 7 PM and runs until 9 PM. You need to register prior to attending in the socials webpage. The club manager will organize round robin matches with all participants according to their level. The format will be men’s, mixed and ladies doubles and you will play two 30-minute matches, with breaks in between to get to know other members.  

Q.  Do you have a singles league?

A.  Not at this point, but singles play is possible through the booking system.
